July 24th, another birthday, a year older and definetly wiser. I very much look the same on the outside but something has changed on the inside. I had a very quite birthday, just by myself, I turned off my phones and did not check my messages and mail until the next day and I was amazed at the number of calls and mails that I got. I want to thank everyone that took out time to call or send mail to me. I was really touched that my family here remembered me, Thanks TIG.
I used that day to reflect on the past year, the future and to access all my relationship. Boy, I was glad I did that because as I was going through my goals and aspirations, I noticed that there are things that have totally excaped my memory. I had an awesome time with me during my "ME" time.
So On your next birthday, take out some "me" time and really check yourself out. And be thankful for having lived another year.
